If a vendor needs to cancel all of part of the display area contracted, the vendor will be liable for the
following: 50% of total display space fee for cancellations received in writing 10 days or more prior to first
day of conference. If a contract is signed less than 7 days to the first day of the conference, no refunds
will be given for cancellations.
